Dr Léa Beretti
Founder & Director
DClinPsy, CPsychol, EMDR Therapist

I moved from New Caledonia to Australia and the United Kingdom at a young age. While this gave me incredible life skills—like fluency in French and English, and deep exposure to diverse cultures—it also required adapting to unfamiliar environments. These experiences have shaped me into a compassionate, reflective, and attuned clinical psychologist, particularly sensitive to how our interactions with the world and our self-perception impact mental wellbeing.
I am a chartered Clinical Psychologist, registered with the Health and Care Professions Council (PYL043581). With over ten years of education, training, and clinical experience across NHS mental health services in London, I provide expert, evidence-based psychological care to help individuals improve their mental health and wellbeing.
I am deeply committed to helping you reach your potential through high-quality, personalised talking therapy. While I draw on various evidence-based models (including CBT, EMDR, CFT, and more), I believe no single approach fits the complexity of human experience. My style is integrative and tailored to your unique needs, always within a safe, confidential, and non-judgemental space to explore your thoughts, feelings, and behaviours—and guide you towards greater fulfilment.
Clinical interests
II have extensive experience and expertise in supporting adults facing a wide range of mental health and well-being challenges. I specialise in men’s mental health and adult mental health, offering tailored therapy for individuals navigating pressure, stress, and personal growth in demanding environments.
While much of my work focuses on high-performance professionals—including investment bankers and other corporate leaders—I also help clients manage burnout, anxiety, stress, and work-life balance. My approach empowers people to develop healthier relationships, build emotional resilience, and strengthen communication and assertiveness skills, which are essential for maintaining a confident and balanced sense of self.
Throughout my career, I’ve worked in diverse therapeutic settings across London where physical health and mental well-being were deeply interconnected. This experience shaped my holistic therapeutic approach, recognising that mental health is best supported by addressing both mind and body. My goal is to create a grounded, respectful space where adults—particularly men—can explore their emotions, reconnect with themselves, and move toward lasting well-being.
In both my clinical work and professional life, I maintain a systemic perspective, considering the individual and systemic factors impacting any presenting issues. I am also trained in EMDR. You can read more about my work here.
